Have had on tap and bottle plenty of times. Pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice smoke dark fruit chocolate and a nice roast malt. taste is more of the light smoke some chocolate and a nice roast.

Bottle at the Rate Beer Awards Festival Bottle Share. Huge nose of coffee, dark chocolate, coconut. Sweet cherry and maple flavor, vanilla, coconut. Sweet and a bit simple but nice.

Bottle have had this a couple times now. pours out black topped with a small tan head. nose is great lots of heavy coconut roast malts chocolate and some ash smoke. Taste is more of the coconut forward blended well with the roast malts and coffee. My favorite of the variances I think.

Bottle at RBWG. It pours black with a tan head. The aroma is a little spicy with some strong chocolate, cherry, coconut, plum, raisins and heavy roasted malt. A little woody in the finish. Good.

Bottle - Bourbon, coconut and dark roast. Deep jet black brown with a decent light brown head. Nice molasses, nutty notes, coconut and a ice finish. Really well balanced.

Bottle. Pours a dark black color with a large beige head. A big sweet malty brandy nose. The flavor is sharp vinous brandy , chocolate, metallic, smoke. Awesome.
