This amber colored American Red Ale, a local favorite, is one of our mainstay malty beverages. Lightly hopped with caramel flavors sets this clean drinking ale apart. Quaff one!

Bomber. Aroma is caramel, toffee, bready, light grain. Pours murky brown with a thin beige head. Taste is lightly sweet with a moderate to high herbal hop bitterness; flavors of caramel malt and toast. Somewhat thin and watery. The relatively high bitterness for style makes it taste like a Red IPA. Not bad.

Deep brown amber pour, no head and just a faint ring of bubbles. Astringent sharp woody bitterness, not much hop flavor. Light roast and chocolate malt.

This bottle had been sitting a while, and I think it was starting to get skunky and sour. Still the malts used were recognizable, slightly sweet.

Tap @ Brewpub: Reddish brown pour with a modest beige head. Aroma is malty and sweet, light floral hops. The malt is dominant in this, but a light amount of florals and smokey peaty notes balance it out nicely. Went great with a burger!
