11.2 ounce bottle from Festival Foods Northland, 9/22/19. This is simply pomegranate, no guarana. Hazy purple, large foamy pinkish head, good retention. Aroma of peppery pomegranate. Taste is sweet berry, pomegranate, wheat. Thin. Is what it is.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a cherry red color with a large foamy pink-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet with berry and yeast. The flavor was sweet and tangy with mixed berry jam and sugar. Long finish. Medium body.

330 ml bottle into weizen glass; bottled on 7/19/2018, best before 10/19/2019. Pours very hazy/cloudy ruby red/golden/amber, light pink/purple color with a 2-3 finger dense and rocky light pink head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Amazing appearance. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy pomegranate, cranberry, cherry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of pomegranate juice, moderate pale/wheat malts; light-moderate fruity/spicy yeast, and earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy pomegranate, cranberry, cherry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, clove, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; yeast spiciness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pomegranate, cranberry, cherry, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, orange, peach, pear, melon, red apple, wheat, cracker, white bread, banana, bubblegum, clove, herbal, floral, grass, pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of pomegranate juice, moderate pale/wheat malts; light-moderate fruity/spicy yeast, and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness, and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness, tart/tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth and moderately grainy/sticky/acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 2.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited hefeweizen. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of pomegranate juice, moderate pale/wheat malts; light-moderate fruity/spicy yeast, and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/spicy/tart/tangy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Great balance of juicy pomegranates, and pale/wheat malts; with solid German yeast and earthy hop presence. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. Certainly a unique take on a radler, but really impressive/enjoyable for what it was.

Pours hazy pink with a light pink, fluffy head. Aroma of pomegranate and berries. Taste is very fruity initially, fades to a dry wheat backbone. The palate is dominated by the wheat influences as well as a lingering berry note.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent pink with a pink tinged head. Aroma is rather sweet fruit - not sure I'd say pomegranate. Med body. Flavor is sweet fruit. After the sugar leaves there's a hint of hefeweizen. Not much of a beer, but a very nice radler.

No way this bottle is a granatapfel, heheh, its a pomegranate! DUDE! It has a picture of pom on the front and it says pom on the label, DUDE! Poured bottle into a heiny stang. Aroma is slight artificial, but good olfactory. Color is attractive ruby orange maroon, 732, cloudy hefe. Very friendly and bubbly up front, I tell you, this is really yummy stuff. Grabs on to your soda loven taste buds and never lets go. Thinner creamy head that does not fade. Taste is smooth and civilized, even wit the low alky content. Yes, a nice friendly beer as an intro to those who do not like beer! Bubbly fun fruit fru fruity beer. Very smooth and creamy, such a nice impression on the co2. Look, many beers claim to be creamy but this is quite the character. This is probably one of the better shandies out there. Radler? Definitely on style. I really liked this brew, thanks schofferhofer, quite an offer, no lie. I need to buy a sixer of these and drinkem quick, heheh. A much better than expected overall beer tasting experience, shoaffy.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle from local 'trinkgut', best before April 2019. Hazy, pinkish red with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, pinkish white head. Sweetish, quite fruity but also rather artificial aroma of pomegranate, gummy bear and some raspberry. Very sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity and artificial taste of pomegranate, raspberry and gummy bear, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little tart finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not very enjoyable.
