Bottle. Cork blew out as soon as the cage was loosened. But if a gusher. Pours clear straw, gigantic white head, mega carbonated. Eventually dissipates with good lacing. Aroma is honey, grassy, herbal. Flavor is the same, fairly sweet, herbal, lemon, honey. Light body, high carbonation

Right in with my mates on this one, rosemary adds some soft, soapy character to this nice saison. Woody, floral aroma taste is floral, soap, juniper. Slick, creamy mouth feel, more juniper on the finish.

On tap at bier thirty. Pours out a hazy straw color topped with a small white head. Nose is belg yeast spice pepper the rosemary and maybe even nutmeg. Taste is floral belg yeast lemongrass and a odd finish. The rosemary must be the oddness on the end I am picking up.

On tap at BitterCreek Ale House, Boise. Hazy deep golden with a small coarse white head that quickly dissipated to a thin ring. Spicy yeasty aromas with a bit of the herbal notes from the rosemary., A little more of this comes through in the flavor. Still, it is an accent and does not dominate. Nice twist on the style. Finishes a bit sweet. Not as dry as many of the style.
