(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a firm and tall foamy white head. Complex hoppy aroma with citric, floral, herbal-spicy and slightly greenish notes, backed by slightly doughy malt. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly sweet doughy malty base with shy grainy spots, accompanied by present drying hops, including fruity, grassy and spicy flavours; moderately dry and still balanced bitter-sweet finish. Excellent. 20.XII.17

Schnappfläschla: Hazy, some floaties visible, golden with a greenish sheen, medium-sized creamy and lacy white head; moderate dryish bitter-sweet nose of freshly mowed grass and a "rural" grainy base; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, soft; lingering - not too dry - hayish-bitter and rural-malty finish. Solid franconian quality...
