Unclear yellow golden with a fluffy head. Very grassy, zesty, grainy, hoppy citrusy, hints of vanilla and butter. Hoppy bitterness, grainy fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty fruity bitter finish. A very nice Kellerpils!

Flaska från Bierothek. Aningen disig ljusgul vätska med högt stabilt kritvitt skum. Mjuk och rund kropp med säd och bröd. Harzig och lite kådig ädelhumle med tydlig beska. Lite pilsnervibbar. Mycket gott

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Saturday 15th February 2025 listening to Ditz and prior to that Das Format in anticipation of our gig next Thursday. Loz has been making Mince Pies and I've been preparing our Chicken Fajitas for later. Pours gold with a haze. Despite picking this up before Christmas there is still a bit of hoppiness on the nose. Tastewise solid if unspectacular, smooth, light maltiness, usual suspects, light bitterness, a slight citric touch. Pleasant.

Bottle. Grainy aroma with hay, grassy noble hops. Light yeasty. Light sweetish, light to moderate bitter. Medium body. Nice one.

Aufsesser Hopfen Trunk, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Berliner Wedding. - Goldgelb, schwach trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase schön frische aber leichte zitrusfruchtige Hopfung, zart säuerliche (nicht unsympathische) Note, Heu, Birnenschale, leicht spelziges helles Malz, etwas Landluft. - Antrunk frisch aber arg mild zitrusfruchtig, ein Hauch von grüner Birne, wenig herb, zart ranzig. Milde helle Malzsüße, zarte Vanille. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang milde, schwach zitronige Herbe. - Nicht so knackig gehopft wie ich es mir von einem Hopfentrunk versprochen hatte aber mit schönen Aromen frischen Hopfens und einer guten Prise Landluft. 500ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy hoppy and husky, malty aroma, hints of chlorophyll, a touch of protein, a cautious fruity touch of unripe pear. Taste is husky pale malty, slightly dry and minimally tart, grassy hoppy, hints of protein, chlorophyll, lemon, sorrel, a cautious waxy touch, overtones of yellow apple and unripe pear. Nice.

Yellow with big white head. Aroma is DMS, lots of noble hops, some moldy peas. Taste is bitter harsh hop with some murky moldy vegetables. Slight sweet fruits as well.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with creamy white head. Aroma is grassy hops, bready, pale malts. Taste is a touch DMS/cooked peas, grassy, mild, bready. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Quaffable, despite the minor flaws in flavour, I like it.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, big off-white cream. Rural hayish malt, herbal and grassy hops, harmonic. Medium light body, a bit foamy. Hay and cracker malt, good grassiness, a hint DMS retronasal. Other than that, quaffable. Gets Barnikel bonus.
