€-Flascherl: Golden, clear, medium-sized, quite stable white head; mild to moderate pale-malty nose with a faint touch of honey; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and quite soft; lingering smooth sweet malty and mildly bitter finish. Well balanced and tasty Helles...

Bright golden. Aroma is slight bonbon, lots of helles hops, some wheaty flavours. Taste is mineral sweet and sour slightly wheaty body with a rather watery texture. Good. Finish of grassy dry hops. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Clear golden, white cream. Zwieback malt aroma, grassy, a hint cat. Medium body, mellow, hayish, cracker, quite chewy malt, ok hop counterpoint. Competent, but could be more exiting.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is noble hops, sweet maltiness. Taste is sweet malts, honey, a touch grassy, noble hops. High carbonation. A style-true Munich Helles, really well-made. But Munich Helles is not my style.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and loose mid-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with notes of grains and a tinge of honey; mildly herbal-spicy hops stay in the background. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Quite rounded malt character combined with a mildly spicy hoppy bite, including notes of cereals, honey and a whiff of caramel. Also good, but from my memory the 2nd sud was best. 01.I.18
