0,75l from bottle at Gebrande Winning. Orange murky color, small white head. Smells funky, cheesy, oak, nutty, amazingly complex smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes nutty, cheesy, wood, oak, nutty, spices. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, funk and cheesy. Lovely lovely blend

Bottle, 750 ml. Shared with Tin, Hrvoje, Werckmeister at Gebrande Winning. Hazy orange with white head. Super funky, barnyard, leather, barrel, fruity, juicy, layered, complex. Medium sourness with some bitterness in finish. Beautiful combo of old and new, very lively and vibrant, but also incerdivly complex. Just fantastic.
Nose: boozy, brett, fermented apple cider. Palate: heavy and heady, rich apple and high carbonation. After decanting, more grape forward with some caramel notes.
