This brew features oak, peach (especially in the aroma), Belgian yeast, and booze. It’s sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Pretty nice.

12oz can from beer club - very booze - hot on tongue and unique - not really my jam --- Beer merged from original tick of Peach Brandy Barrel Exemption on 17 Nov 2025 at 00:13 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5. Original review text: 12oz can from beer club - shared with friends. Pretty nice, the peach twist wasn’t my favorite, but good overall

12 ounce can from Tavour. Canned on 05/11/2023, so it’s still quite young. Hazy, amber orange pour. Firm beige head slowly subsides to leave spectacular lacing. Aroma of sweet peach, oak and coriander. First sip brings notes of peach preserves, lemon peel, orange and coriander. Easy drinking for the style.

Can from Tavour. Pours light amber with a decent creamy beige head. Aroma of peach and spice. Full bodied. Flavor is peach, spiceand a bit of yeast with wood notes - not to mention something resembling brandy. Some heat is not a problem. It's great ale.

Lots of peach here. Kind of dominates the aroma here. Lots of booze. Puts a whole different feel on the exemption, which i liked a lot. Some florals a lime, but subdued. Golden pour with ok head and lacing. Boozy brandy finish. Tap at downtown brewery.

Peach brandy, orange, biscuit malt, yeast, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large light tan head. Very sweet peach brandy, orange, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Nice body. A nice combination.

12oz can pours out amber cola brown color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet peach brandy notes rich pitfruit malts and a nice yeast. Taste is more of the nice sweet pitfruit big peach brandy notes and belg yeast.

12oz can from Tavour. Looks like the regular Exemption, light amber, thin head. Peach brandy prominent in the aroma, normal tripel notes lurk in the background. Taste also features the peach brandy, and it's quite a nice fit for the tripel style. Fruity flavors with light brandy accents. The tripel flavors seem to meld perfectly providing a great platform for the brandy barrel. 12 oz. Aroma is peach, booze, some light funk, Pours hazy cantaloupe-orange with a two finger off-white head with decent retention. Taste is sweet and boozy with peach and light Belgian flavors. Not a big fan, but it's not bad.
