Bottle, 0.5l. Batch #33. Cloudy golden pour, three finger creamy white head, medium retention, sticky lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, herbal and grassy notes, coriander, sour citrus notes in the background. Light body, lively carbonation. Average mouthfeel and texture, lightweight, fizzy, refreshing and easily drinkable. Nicely balanced taste, moderately sour with salty notes in the aftertaste. Aroma of fennel, coriander, lemon. Grassy and herbal notes, spice, yeast, minty aftertaste. Slightly tart. Medium lasting finish, dry, tart, salty. Interesting and refreshing brew.

30.08.2021. 0,5l Bottled from Pomalo, shared with Marko and heavy. Light pale golden with medium head. Light sourness, salt in nose. Then in taste there is coriander and salt again with phenols all the way. Lasting aftertaste. Light to medium body, medium to moderate carbonation. Not for every taste but very good.

Bottled 500ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Unclear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, fennel and light salty nose. Bready, light salty, citrusy and fennel with again pleasant salty touch in the finish. Interesting.

Bottle from Pomalo Zagreb. Muddy, hazy ochre body, white head which goes away soon enough. Lovely fennel notes in the aroma, with a salty-tart touch as well. Lighter taste, well balanced tartness with a light salty touch, the fennel is not as intensive as in the aroma, but this very much makes sense, excellent first take at a gose with a lovely local touch.

0.5 l bottle from Pomalo Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Marko, thanks. Unclear golden. Aroma is fennel (similar to licorice), overwhelming, floral, a lemony touch, corriander probably, but it's unfortunately kind of lost in the aroma. Soft sourness, grain, fennel dominates again, candy, lemon, quite drinkable. Saltiness present in the back, good balance except for the fennel. Light body, moderate carbonation, light tart finish.
