Supersonic is a hibrid between Pale Ale and Ipa. It's DDH with Idaho7, Azacca and Amarillo. Hazy, soft, creamy mouthfeel loaded with Oats and Wheat and on top of that fermenter with super fast Kveik Voss yeast ( that's way it's called Supersonic) to get some extra orange flavor.

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Hazy orange with medium white head. Citrus, grassy, somewhat juicy, bitter. Some hop burn. Medium bodied.

On tap at Valhalla Zagreb. Murky yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrus and light dank in the nose. Citrusy, light grapefruity, slightly grassy and quite bitter juicy finish.

Tap at X. Murky full yellow body, white head. Perfumey kveik esters, good herbal, lightly dank presence mixing with them. Juicy taste, citric, jammy and marmalade touches, fresh, tasty, well balanced. Pleasant mild hop burn near the finish balancing it out. This is damn tasty stuff!
