0,3l from tap at the brewpub as just "Pils 11° Svetly Lezak" yellow clear color, small white head. smells bready, spices, rye, earthy. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes rye, earthy, bread, tobacco. finishes lightly dry and light to medium bitter with notes of bread, earthy and rye notes. Nice to very nice one, quite good to drink

Endlich schaffe ich es ins Brauhaus Schrott, das in einer ehemaligen Armaturenfabrik 🔩🧰 untergebracht und dementsprechend gestaltet ist. Ich beginne mal mit dem Hausbier 🏠. Dies ist ein klassisches, elfgrädiges tschechisches Helles, das wirklich verdammt süffig 🤤ist, da die brotig-getreidigen 🌾 wunderbar urig sind und die leichte Hopfung eine bescheiden Würzung herstellt, ohne es zu übertreiben. Ein wirklich tolles Bier ind toller Atmosphäre ⚙️.

Tap at Schrott. Light hazy golden body, white head. Dry herbal aroma, lightly yolky. Soft taste, sweetish, light, vague Cedevita bonboni citric touch - but quite vague. Hmm... not a pils in my personal book, but as some would say, drinks just fine.
