Speciál Thirsty Thirteen je výrazně chmelená načervenalá třináctka s intenzivní hořkostí. Pro výrobu jsme použili americký chmel Sterling a australský chmel Pacific Gem. Za studena chmeleno pořádnou náloží chmelů Pacific Gem, novozélandským Nelsonem Sauvinem a Wai-iti, který vyniká vysokým obsahem aromatických silic a je jako stvořený pro studené chmelení.

Lucky Bastard Thirsty Thirteen. Tap at their Beerhouse. Shiny misty dark orange-red, off white head. Dry aroma, mix of minerally notes, maltiness and yeastiness. Seems lean, but the fruity-caramelly taste kicks in quite in a full manner. Ending a bit herbal, bit stale but thankfully quickly. Not as bad as the Blond but similar issues...

Tap at Damian’s. Amber color with white head. Taste, caramel, earthy notes, ripe fruits. Good.

On tap at Žil Verne. Pours reddish with off-white head. Quite refreshing, tasty, caramel notes. Nice
