From tap at Flying Saucer, Memphis. Aroma is pale malt with grain and some toffee, bit corny. Medium sweet, light bitter, light body. Bit dusty, a dull Cream Ale.

Solid version of a wimpy style, smooth and semisweet with a corn-laced pale graininess leading to a mild fade with doughy yeast underneath the modest bitterness. Could it use more hops? Sure, but it’s a cream ale. Doesn’t taste like canned corn juice, which is a victory in my book. Pretty, too.
