Draft at the brewery. Poured a murky yellow golden colour with a big, lasting foamy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, grassy, nettle hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, grass bucket, nettle, light herbal, dry, big hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Great beer, but I can’t help but thinking that Beak are becoming a little too extreme with their recipes these days.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 26/01/2024 Bright juicy fruity aroma and taste delivering a cross section of tropical and citrus fruity action, sweet malty support, assertive hoppy finish. Great stuff from these guys as always.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 26/02/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting white head. Nose is grass, green berry must, light Nelson piss, bitter tropical fruit shreds, white grape, pine resin, gooseberries. Taste comprises bitter orange, stoned fruits, pine resin, balanced Nelson fandango, grass, pine resin, papaya, kiwi fruit, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with resinous come lightly danko laden Nelson fuelled hop bitterness. Solid well balanced Nelson machine.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Crocheted lacing from an airy, pearl white head. Opaque grey-yellow body. Quite promising smell of pineapple and grapefruit. Rather unbalanced flavour character of honeyed citrus, dough, and wheat. Bone dry ending, rather sweet fruity. Soft on the swallow. Quite possible to drink, but fails to impress. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Gusjegrågul. Veldig uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Aroma av sitrusfrukt. Mest klementin. Smaken søt appelsin. Tilnærmet 0 bitterhet.

Keg at BBNo Riverside Beer Fest. Sweet sugary satsuma-esque Aroma. Hazy pale light orange. Creamy white head soon fades. Light-medium bodied. Fruity citrus edge provides a mix of sweet and sour. Medium bodied. Slick verging on creamy. Long dry finish. Nice enough - a tad too sweet in the end.
