Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Probably the original batch. Muddy blond color with compact head. Very nice aroma, cheesy and breadish, with very light fruitiness. Highly carbonated, too much; the mouthfeel is rather dry, and a bit astringent too; it has an impression of Brett, bread, yeast; relatively strong bitterness; the flavor is much less interesting than the aroma (7.5 vs. 5.5). The rhubarb maybe gives a very light sourish touch, not enough.
Not impressive to say the least, although it started well with a good smell.
