Our Schlotfegerla® is a full-bodied, dark smoke beer. The fine beechwood- smoky notes combined with the aroma of espresso invite you to take your first sip. On the tongue it impresses with pronounced notes of malt reminiscent of dark chocolate and bread crust.

Bottled (PBF). Deep ruby color, small beige head, Pleasant Bambergian smoke malty aroma. Smokey flavor, sweetish maltyness in the background. A bit tarry, No much hops backing, but ok rauchbier.

Bottled. Ruby red colour with small brown head. Aroma is wood, some smoke, mild grassyness and quite bitter. Flavour is quite dry wood, some pleasant mild smoke and mild notes of grass as well. Mouhtdrying palate.
