Bottle. Red chestnut, big offwhite cream. Umami roast aroma. Roasty base, rye bread, rich herbal and grassy hoppiness which remains on the palate to counter. Fine sparkly mouthfeel, chewy, fullbodied. Intensive hoppy Dunkel.

Orange-brown-copper beer with a good fluffy cream head. Very little aroma, malts, greenery. Good EU hops, fiery caramel, bitter finish. Medium bodied, bit sticky, certainly warming up. Bit "good dog" Dunkel, if certainly not bad. Danke, Jonas!

Bottle 50cl. @ home.[ Trade by Maria ]. Clear light to medium brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, very roasted, cellar, brown sugar notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Bitterness is like metalic. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is metalic. (070908)

Cask (Bayerische Anstich) at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear nut brown, small head. Roasty and nutty with a touch of licorice. medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. There’s grass and licorice and aniseed as well as butter, and the malt feels vital and ful of life. fairly low bitterness. A well balanced beer that may lack that extra something that is hard to define.

Bottle: Amber coloured, mid-sized lacing white heat; worty and aromatic (!) hoppy nose; sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; light to medium aromatic bitter-malty finish. Wow, a very unusual - hoppy - but very tasty Dunkel
