Leicht karamellig bitterer Antrunk. Etwas grasig, runde milde Kräuternoten. Spritzig, die Malzigkeit bleibt gering. Leicht steigende Bitterkeit, rund. Kurzer Nachhall. 10/9/9/9/10/9

Bottle @ home shared by benzai. Clear golden amber colour with a medium sized white head. Smells malts, sweetish. Not a lot of smell. Tastes malts, watery, grains, slightly hay barnyard, dried corn. Thin to medium body, soft to medium carbo.

Bottle, danke Günther.Clear copper, low offwhite cream. Caramel/botterscotch aroma. Light salty and dry entry, spirulina, grass on caramel, light fruitiness. Medium yet chewy body. Herbal, light fennel finish. A fairly dry affair.

Flasche (50 cl) aus einem REWE-Getränkemarkt bei Bamberg. - Schönes Kupferrot, sahniger Schaum. - Nase angenehm fruchtig-herb vor würzigem Karamelhintergrund. - Antrunk blaß herb-fruchtig, etwas Orangenschale, leichte Hopfenwürze. Milde Toastnoten, karamelwürziges Malz. Durchschnittlich rezent. Mild herb-fruchtiger Abgang. Stumpf bitterer Nachtrunk. - Nicht schlecht aber auch nicht begeisternd. Was fehlt, ist ein bißchen mehr Pep ...

Bottle: Clear, copper coloured as expected, slowly collapsing mid-sized loose head; moderate nutty-caramelly nose with a slight bready touch and a shy bitterness underneath; moderate to solid, not very dry, bitter-sweet flavour, quite light bodied, quite soft; sweet-bitter malty-caramelly finish, again with nutty traces. Well crafted Bier...

(bottle, purchased at the brewery) Clear, amber colour with a firm, medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Distinctively caramelly and delicately nutty malty aroma with a discreetly citric and herbal hoppy background. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malt upfront with slightly bready and nutty accents; sweet malty and delicately hop bitter finish with shy herbal accents. A tad slim but nevertheless likeable amber Lager from Franconia. 16.IX.14

Bottle from a REWE in Bamberg. A copper coloured beer with a slight, off-white, head and touch of carbonation. Sweet, malty, aroma with some berry fruits and hint of toast. Flavours of tart fruit, with some savoury malts, leading to a decent, bitter, finish. Good.
