Clear copper coloured body with a bright amber glow and a thinnish one centimetre tall pale white head. Aroma of super strong apples, pears, mulling spices, canella, cloves and a bit of malt. Light-bodied; Sharp spicey flavour with a lot of nutmeg, cloves, anise and a bit of fennel seed, tucked into a lot of apples and pears with a touch of malt. Aftertaste shows a lot of spices with the pleasant sweetness and an almost cider flavour, but this is totally different in flavour profiles. Overall, I thought it was going to be awful, and it turned out better than that. If you liked spiced cider, you’ll actually like this one! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 23-May-2012 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 14-August-2012.

Bottle: $1.75 from Wine Warehouse, Charlottesville. Pours golden amber with a small white head. Smells of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Tastes of apples and spices - lingering peppery finish. Tasty - not something I’d drink all the time. Tastes to me exactly like apple spice herbal tea.

12oz bottle pours clear deep gold with five second near white head of weak loose foam. The aroma is apple-y with white cain sugar and honey sweetness with plenty of cinnamon floating around on top. Sadly the taste is similar with cinnamon and loads o un-redeeming sugary sweetness. Thankfully I only purchases a single of this. It picks up some winter spices that faintly cut into the vast sweetness going on here.

For those who like applepie, cinnamon and beer. This is it! Well you do not need the pie. This is all you need. And if you dont.....do not buy this one. Lovely and well balanced apple and cinnamon flavour. Refreshing and lovely tasty beer.

Light orange, slightly hazy with quickly disappearing head. Cinnamon most obvious in the aroma. Also there in the taste together with apple. Apple bitterness but not much hops. Refreshing but not my style.

Bottled. almost clear deep golden with wich but brief head. Heavy cinnamon aroma. Sweet with clean hard mouthfeel and light body. Baked green apple with cinnamon, custard and tin. No bitterness. Unique? Yes. Refreshing? Maybe. Tasty? Not really.

Bottle. Clear, light amber/golden liquid with medium, foamy white head. Smells of cinnamon, red apples, apple pie (surprise), sweet malt and some wheat. Taste is dry, light bitter and has some cinnamon and cardamom notes. Light to medium bodied with high carbonation. Really weird. What is this I don’t even.

Bottle. Clear dark golden with a large, fluffy white head. A lot of apple pie and cinnamon in the aroma, not as much in the rather weak taste. A strange beer, drinkable but too weak and artificial.
