August 2010: Bottle @ Brewery. Pours hazy golden with a small off white bubbly head. Nose is very malty. Rye, bread and grain. Flavor is dry and bitter with a note of vegetables. Perhaps the rye. Medium bodied. Dry bitter end. Would have loved a clearer hop appearance! 3.0. Wauw if there was one I needed to rearate.. July-2024. 14 years later. Rustic, Minerally, grassy herbal. Very tasty. Reminding me a bit of Knoblach. Super. Draught and brewery. 3,0-4,1.

Clear golden with a tiny off white head. Light carbonation, citric and floral hops. Excellent light malty accents, biscuit and towards the end the lingering bitterness makes you thirsty for many more.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear golden with a small, rough white head. Sweet malty nose. honey accents. Medium body, almost flat, very sweet malts and perfumy lovely hops that also leave quite some bitterness. Nice - the missing carbonation must be a flaw. 010510

Golden color, basically without carbonation, and no head. Mild aroma of cereals and apples. Soft mouthfeel, of course, with some malt and caramel flavor, also some cereals and an impression of honey; it doesn’t seem to be very special tonight.

Hazy light amber color. Delicate malt aroma, light cereals too. Medium body, pleasant malt and caramel flavor, light residual sweetness, but not many variations. Correct bitterness. Fair.

Dull tan. Fruity, with hints of minerals. Continues with a dry, minerally, metallic palate. This brings some interesting bitterness on the tongue. Very Asian - almost a textural beer. Glad to have had this from the barrel.

Bottled (from Timo A). Deep copper colour, mediumsized white head, some lacing. Aroma is wooden, a bit flowery hoppe with quite much malty notes. Flavour is flowery hops, some mild fruity notes, caramel malts and also has some slight grainy notes in the finish. Pleasant session beer.

bottle. Clear bronze-golden colour, smallhead. Malty-caramelly aroma. Low carbonation, as is typical for an Ungespundetes, malty body with some very nice aromatic hops. Smooth moughfeel, very well balanced maltyness and aromatic hoppy bitterness in the lingering finish. Hints of caramel hovering in the background.
