Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Fürst Carl Dunkel ].Clear dark red brown color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, dark malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, bread, chocolate, roasted bitter, nutty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140411]

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkel rötlichbraunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, Karamell, leicht schokoladig. Geschmack röstmalzig, Karamell, Schokolade, leicht fruchtig.

Bottle. Chestnut, finecarbonation, low head. Roast, light caramel nose, a hint smoke. Medium to full chewy body, roast on caramel rest-sweetness, light pimento, finishes with a grassy and herbal counterpoint. Solid.

500ml bottle. Clear, ruby red glowing, darkest brown colour with average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Minimally toasty, dark malty aroma with a nuttily touch, minimally grassy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry dark malty, minimally metallic, a touch of green hazelnut.

Pours dark brown with a creamy head. Dark fruit, roast, dust and bread, medium bodied.

bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear brown, mid-sized beige head. Grainy malty base with hints of caramel and roasted malts. Shy hoppy touch in the finish.

Bottle looks good but a bit complex. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts malty-dry, modest roasty-scratchy. More and more moldy, finish too unbalanced, so not very drinkable. Not so good.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Coca cola like colour (brownish amber, close to black) with small off-white head. Aroma is mild toasted notes, some dark fruits, mild herbal notes as well as some grass. Flavour is caramel malts, rather sweet, some fudge as well as some fruits, wood and grassy notes.
