Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy but abundant and stable tan head. Dark aroma of roast, malt, alcohol and caramel. Sweet, flavour of caramel malt, with notes of coffee and dried fruit, as well as roasty touches. Roasted and coffeelike finish with boozy overtones. Tastes more of alcohol than the ABV stated on the label. Not bad but rather heavy and boozy for an ordinary stout.

Sample from bottle at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2013. Black colour, moderate beige head. Malty sweet aroma with loads of caramel, molasses and butterscotch, far more than the expected roasty coffee notes. Some more distinct coffee notes in the flavour though - still on a medium sweet caramel base.
