Can shared at Colin's pre lockdown 30k tasting. Thanks to Colin for this one. A light hazed golden yellow coloured pour frothy white head. Aroma is subdued, banana, apple earthy wheat, banana gooey.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, orange, earthy grains, green citrus,.Little chalk. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, highish carbonation.

Bottle split at the Tickombe 30K last tasting before lockdown 2, thanks to Dave, 01/11/20. Almost clear golden blonde with a decent white cap. Nose is grass, floral tones, mellow yeast, light vanilla, lemon rind. Taste comprises wheaten bread, light clove, faint nana, caramel, touch of lemon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refresher.

BB 07/2021, Lot 1711071; Lovely, typical aroma of Hefeweizen, fruity esters of sweet apple, soft bananas underneath, hints of stone fruits, moderate malty sweetness of toast, bread, mild crust, syrup, fresh herbal & grassy/green presence from the hops

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy yellow colour with a thinnish white head. Light aromas of bananas, cloves, apples, floury bread and a little spice. Taste is similar. Medium body with very lively carbonation. its ok but really nothing special.

7-5-7-3-14 Bottle, 1711071, ten months before bbd. Pours hazy yellow, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is sweet yeasty esters with wet hay, banana and musty fruit peel, as well as cloves, earthy spices. Full body, with average carbonation. Flavour is sweet yeasty esters with grass, musty fruits, banana and cloves, as well as spices, wet leaves and earthy minerals. Dry finish.
