Our aromatic pilsner possesses a delicate malt flavor combined with a fine bitterness, derived from the highest quality hops from the Hallertau at a refreshing 30 IBU. The first impression on the palate is pleasant and satisfying, followed by the balanced bitterness and aroma of the hops, which is more floral than tart; with its luminously golden yellow color, this an impeccable example of a traditional Bavarian Pils.

Bottle. Clear light golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, cracker, hay, toasted grain, herbs, light floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Clean, crisp, balanced. Really enjoy this pils.

White bubbly head stayed on very pale golden body. Minimal floral & wheat aroma Medium bodied, quite sharp on the palate. Sweet stone fruit, wheat & yeast tastes with a bitter finish Decent Pils.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow, classic pils, with medium white foam, very fine. Aroma is light, with cereal, grassy and floral. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter, with some initial sweetness. Finish is average.

Keg at Casc. It pours crystal clear yellow - gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, malt -led, doughy whIte bread, horlicks, sponge cake. The taste is crisp, clean, white bread, grass, straw, curators creams, cream soda, soft fruity vibes and soda water. Light - medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Crisp, clean and chuggable. Solid lager.
