Black Fruit Berliner. Available at CBC 2014. A world exclusive one-off edition of our dark copper-soured berliner – “wolfscote” made especially for cbc. Rested in-cask on fresh blackberries and blueberries and helped along with the addition of cantillon dregs for added interest and complexity.
