Shaker pint draft at Martin City Brewing Company in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden, with a 1 inch white head. The aroma is hay, grass, slightly earthy, along with some fresh cracker malt. The flavor is the cracker malt, paired with the hop grassy, hay and herbal notes. As the beer warmed, the earthy turned a touch towards dirty. The palate is light body, active carbonation, and a crisp clean mineral dry finish. Easy drinking beer, nice.
