Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass darker than exspected, nice head. Starts strong, fine yeasty-malty, fine fruity like plum. Finish modest sourish. Quite drinkable. A good one!

(bottle) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a tall and tanned foamy head. Sweet cara-malty and wheaty aroma with present fruity notes of citrus and ripe bananas, accompanied by an ashy touch and cloves. Moderately sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and wheaty, minimally earthy taste with fruity notes; slightly caramely and sweet-bitter, also a bit slim finish but with a tinge of chocolate in the aftertaste. Nice Ur-Weisse, just a tad too slim. 06.XI.11

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An amber, unclear beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Lots of banana and bubble gum on the nose, some cloves and bready notes. The flavor has banana, some caramel, a touch of cloves but very little bitterness. Medium body, medium effervescence. Bubble gum and banana in the finish. A mediocre dunkelweizen, but far from undrinkable. 110318
