Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

Hazy amber. Aroma is yeast light apple and noble hops. Taste is green minerally wheat. Not too exciting. Meh.

Copper colored with a foamy, off-white head. Dank aroma with some yeasty banana bread. Taste is bitter with a touch of spice and metal at the finish. Medium-bodied, good chewiness, slight alcohol at the end. Drinkable.

0,5 l bottle from our local Hol' Ab! market. Murky flat copper in the glass, one finger white head. Wheat, yeast and orange on the nose. taste starts with a lot of yeast, wheat, some orange, dry malty with some bitterness. Some fruity sweetness. Thick texture. Below carbonation for a Hefeweizen. Okay.

Optisch und geschmacklich eindeutig als dunkles Weizen zu identifizieren - keine Ahnung warum das hier auf Ratebeer als helles Weißbier läuft. Sehr malzig, leicht säuerlich, leicht schokoladig, gekochte Früchte. Malzige und säuerliche Noten beim Bier erzeugen in Kombination oft einen Geschmack der an Eisen oder Blut erinnert. Das ist auch hier eindeutig so - aber das ist einer der wenigen Fälle, wo ich das nicht als unangenehm empfinde. Das Bier hat Charakter, ist sehr lecker und herrlich weich. Bis jetzt haben mir alle Biere die „Unertl“ auf dem Etikett stehen hatten „gut“ oder sogar „sehr gut“ geschmeckt. Egal ob es von Unertl aus Haag in Oberbayern oder (wie in diesem Fall) von Unertl aus Mühldorf am Inn kam. Beide (voneinander komplett unabhängige) Brauereien verstehen anscheinend ihr Handwerk.

Bottle. Amber color. Herbal banana aroma and flavor with citrus. Soft yeasty notes. Hints of caramel. Fairly pleasant weissbier.

Flasche im Frischeparadies in Berlin-Friedrichshain gekauft. Klares mittleres Bernstein, viel Schaum und Kohlensäure. Aroma: Malz, Getreide, Hopfen, leicht fruchtig. Geschmack: Süß, Hintergrund leicht sauer. Etwas Banane, Malz, Metall. Schon okay, aber für ein gutes Weissbier fehlt mir was.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with creamy off-white head. Aroma is bananas, caramel, fresh yeast. Taste is bananas, caramel, bready. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation, slightly watery. Solid Hefeweizen.
