Bottled (Beerangel, BB 06/2009). Hazy nut brown color, big brown head. Toffee, banana, bread, smoke and iron in the nose. Body is a bit watery. Flavor is mainly banana, some bread, a bit on the sourish/dryish side. Quite one dimensional and light (for 5% brew).

Draught at GBBF08. Fat banana aroma. Cloudy grey orange colour. Big stable creamy off-white head. The flavour is quite citric, bordering on sour. Still refreshing, some banana too.

Forced draught at the GBBF 2008. Cloudy golden brown colour, big head. Cloves, banana and citrus in both aroma and flavour, some more acidity than in many other hefeweizens.

Bottle at home ... copper with big foam head ... spicy wheat ... fruity some bananan .. little bubble gum but an odd mustyness that make this at the poor end of the spectrum

Bottled. Really hazy pale nut-brown colour, longlasting beige creamy head. Aroma is wheat, banana and some fruits. Flavour is a rather pleasant mix of the same.

Bottle from Dodgy Deli’, Cowley Road, Oxford Poured murky amber colour with off white head. Yeasty and wheaty aroma. Quite refreshing but a bit timid and gentile, not really my thing if truth be known, but I perservered and got some banana towards the end once it’d warmed slightly. 2.9 Had again 16th April 2022 sat outside in the garden, Attenkirchen having picked this up, super fresh from the town where it's produced. Yeah this is a decent beer much better than I rated previously. Solid Hefe Weisse hits all the spots. 3.3

Bottle at GBBF 2007. Looks like a dunkel weisse. Cloudy brown/orange, lasting thick beige head. Yeasty and cardboard aroma, but decent banana. Good milk chocolate malts save it.

A hazy dark orange beer with a fast disappearing off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of wheat, oranges, and banana, while the flavor only contains notes of wheat and banana. The body is thin.
