Bottle @ Christers. Pours copper with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, grass, herbs. Flavor is malt, caramel, nuts, grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. 030713

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 030713

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, nuts, little candy sugar, malt and hops.

Bottle. Clear dark amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, chocolate, medium sweet, hop, fruit and a little bitter.

herlig lukt av tre. Gylden mørk nøttebrun farg med et fint lag av skum. God langt sittende smak, noe søtlig men godt.

Aroma is quite toasty and nutty. Flavour has roasted malts and has a certain creamy, nutty sweetness. Carbonation is a bit high and there’s a bit of a metallic aftertaste otherwise a decent brew.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a large head. Fruity, butter, caramel aroma. Flavour is butter scotch, fruit, caramel.

Bottle from Gardiner & Haskins, Bristol. Chestnut with a frothy, off-white head. Sweetish, cereal malts, with a touch of cocoa powder and berry fruits, leading to a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

Bottled@SBWF2012. Goldeny orange colour with a small off-white creamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with mild toffee, herbs and slight honey like notes. Flavour is slightly toasted and bready maltyness along with some fruits, caramel, floral and mild zestyness.

Cask@SBWF2012. Golden colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is hops, mild metallic notes as well as some fruity and herbal notes with mild nectar too. Flavour is fruity, wooden, floral and quite caramelly. Quite sweet.
