This IPA poured a cloudy medium yellow colour with a nice, big bright white, frothy head. Little lacing. To the nose there are scents of corn, resin, paint thinner and light dough. First sip had a smooth mouthfeel with medium/low carbonation. Flavours of citrus hops, lemon cough candies and sweet malt most prodominant. Finish is med bitter with hop bitterness lingering.

Aroma: Grapefruit (probably Cascade) and citrus. A good hoppy nose with floral and herbal sub notes. Appearance: Pours average gold, clear and sparkling. Head is creamy with good density and nice lacing. Taste: We have a lot of grapefruit and orange zest. Very citrus with a bit of pepper. Hops are well balanced. Full body. Finish comes with a bit of hay and cereal as sub notes. Bitterness is long lasting. Very good double IPA. Good product.

On tap. Bright gold appearance. 3 finger head. Faded slowly to a small ring of bubbles. Smells fantastic. Columbus, Simcoe as Amarillo. Maybe a hint of citra. Lots of grapefruit and plenty of earthy pine bitterness on the nose. Taste is more of the same. Nice pine resin. Very earthy. Very good balance here. I like this.

Tap at the Craft Beer Co - 11/08/12. Golden orange with a small white head. Citrus hops, pine, a little grass on the nose. Sweet hop flavour, orange peel, sweet malts and a little grain. Medium bodied with quite a bit of carbonation. At the lower end of the DIPA scale - ok!

Aroma is rather hoppy with lots of exotic fruits, some resin and caramel. Flavour is sweetish with exotic fruits, caramel, some biscuits and resin. Good, although a bit too sweet like DIPAs usually are for me.

Bottle at Baran, Bergen. Pours a orange-yellow colour with a medium frothy off-white head. In the aroma I sence some cat piss, alcohol and fruity hops. Grapefruit in the aroma along with citrus and some floral and malty notes. Medium bitterness and a slick mouthfeel. Could easily been more bitter. An okay easy-drinking DIPA.
