Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty cardamom aroma. Fruity malt spicy yeasty cardamom flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish with hints of cardamom.

On tap at Bagby’s place. It pours a mostly clear golden color with a white head. The aroma is bright and minty with some herbs. Basil stands out. The flavor is the same. Minty with some light pear and apple fruity esters. High carbonation. A little spicy yeast, but mostly herbal. Very minty. Light to medium bodied. Tasty.

Keg at the taproom, Oceanside, 14/11/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is straw, bitter lemon, citric rinse, yeast, farmy tones. Taste comprises yeast esters, lemon rind, straw, light caramel, barnyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok simple saison.
