Bottle, courtesy of Maria. It pours a clear, ruby-ish brown body under a dense, creamy light beige head. The aroma has a little touch of butterscotch, some chocolate, caramel maltyness, some dried fruits and a little alcohol. A bit thin on the palate, at least considering it’s a bock beer. Lacks on carbonation too. The flavor has a nice bitterness all the way, but there’s too much dried frutis and not enough caramel. A boring bock. 120330
