Pours a lovely hazy yellow with a big frothy white head. Fruity aroma of yeast, spices, citrus, hops. A decent blond.

Bottiglia.

Genuinely baffled how this is not reviewed. Nose is sweet, marzipan, almond, pear drops, banana, fruity esters. Taste is sweet, straw, malty, grain, touch of herbal, pear drops, banana, straw in the chewy finish.
Far less than the some of its parts and too sweet,

Bottle 0,33 Brouwcafé, Scheveningen: Slightly hazy golden brew with an slightly citrus taste and the beer is not so sticky sweet.

Bottle at the Dovetail Farringdon, Xmas works drinks, 06/12/24. Almost clear golden blonde topped with a lasting white head. Nose is pale malts, herb, grains, light breads, straw, citric nip. Taste comprises herb, hedgerow, light yeast trace, faint white peppery spice, grass. Medium bodied , fine carbonation, semi drying close. On point Belgo style pale ... another ketchup rake take to the net.

Fruity with some spicy notes, sweet malt, and it’s bitterness is a little more aggressive. The body is quite full and can almost feel heavy at time. The yeasty spice notes linger long in the finish before finally fading to a light hay profile. The Blond is quite a flavorful ale that makes me think it’s kind of a light tripel.

Bottle picked up from Globus supermarket, Plattling and consumed at home, sat at the top of the garden in glorious sunshine, Monday 29th July 2024 after a long train journey home from Landau in der Pfalz. Pours gold, light haze, large clean white head. Spicy with a little floral and citrus on the nose, zest. Light fruitiness, some banana initially with a honey sweetness, a little grassy, there is a soft mouthfeel and a crisp edge to this beer. Pretty decent and at just €1.79 great value. Btw I cannot believe that I hadn't had this before.
