Snörkel is brewed with oyster mushrooms from Logro Farms in Austin, Texas and alderwood smoked sea salt. It takes inspiration from traditional German gose, but sets out to explore the curiosities of umami. Unfiltered, unpasteurized & 100% bottle conditioned. Alc:4.8%, FG:1000, pH:3.4
