[ As Taihu 烏梅 Smoked Plum Lichtenhainer ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, plum, smoke, smoked plumes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, smoked, fruit - plum - citrus, pale malt. Tap, sample. Tasted on the 13/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Golden amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma of wood, smoke, malts and plum. Taste is mid smokey and woody with a plum finish. Next one please!

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and dry plum. Acidic, smoked and burned. Lingering sourish fruity and hay burned. Lingering sour and burned hay. Dry and smoked far finish. Out of this world for the style.
