Bottled. Copper colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some citrus, toffee and mild spruce. Flavour is fruity, some sweet malts and has a quite nice floral and grassy bitter finish.

Draft. A hazy red beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Shared bottle at Mi2 Extended at Cardinal 06.06.16. Dark golden. Beige head. Fine aroma of Sevilla orange marmalade, citrus, pine and malt. Similar taste, with candy sugar and pale caramel. Slighty harsh citrus bitterness, but still rather good :)

Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø Langnes. Drukket i Skibotn 4 Aug 15. Mørk rødbrun. Nesten ikke skum. Uklar. Sparsom fruktaroma. Smaken tørket frukt. Syrlig bitter etter hvert. Ordinær.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Verksgata: klar rødgylden med fint skum som varer. Aroma av overmoden grapefrukt og furunål. Maltkroppen greier ikke skjule at ettersmaken er nokså emmen. Men mot slutten mykner den og åpner den seg opp. De siste slurkene var ikke verst. Men hvem er Undercover Brewing Co? er det Coisbo, Ørbæk eller...? Forvirrende markedsføring som skjemmer.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Stable pear white head, rings of lace down the glass. Hazy amber body. Mild citrus and almond on the nose. Flavours of apricot, lemon, bitter almond and caramel. Bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Decent ipa (shared with Finn Arvid at his place, Tromsø 22.08.2015).
