bottle 2020 chiaro giallo torbido un po di sospensione decisamente gasato lievito esteri minerale quasi solvente citrico buccia di mela un po acerba piuttosto aspro buona secchezza una leggera nota acetica il miele troppo giovane forse

Appearance: Hazy yellow colour with a white head.
Aroma: Apples, citrus, fruit, a bit sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle from Henry's dusty stock in Bushwick. Cute store, absolutely no order. Baby Duvel glass. Pale, lemon-y, yeasty brew despite a long nap in the fridge. Smells of canteloupe, dust & yogurt. Taste of under-ripe canteloupe & turning milky, with a scrapping of pear skin on the finish. Wrongly sour, chalky & undercarbed. Labels are cute, but been pretty disappointed with this brand as a whole. Better fresh?
