Slightly hazy golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, mild sweet grainy malt, straw. Taste of mild sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals, moderate spicy bitterness.

Tap at Mohren Brausilvester 2017. Hazy yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, sulphuric, a bit green. Taste is green, grainy, sulphuric, citric, mineralic finish. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Might be too young to Zwickel yet, the sulphur is strong in this one.
