At EurHop Fest 2017, Rome-Italy. Opalescent and vivid bloody red pour, little foam disappearing in a blink. Nose: sweet candy, cherries, loads of read fruit. Mouth: hint of lactose feel, moderately sparkling, sweet fruitiness, strawberries.

On tap @EurHop 2017 (Rome). Rubino sangue di piccione, torbida, schiuma bianca-rosata leggera. Al naso note di frutta rossa, leggero vinoso, datteri, uva. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con finale acido, leggermente tart. Corpo medio, carbonazione leggera. Veramente molto buona!
