Sipping this Collesi Ambrata Craft Beer is like being wrapped in warm autumn lights. Unpasteurized and naturally bottle conditioned, it reveals itself as generously rounded and intense. The strong hop imprint that enhances the hints of autumn fruit is perceived immediately in this Collesi Ambrata Craft Beer. Its barley, malt and herbal notes are of great elegance. Its aromatic structure is rich in nuances that resonate in the complex flavor, which is soft and creamy, but also pungent.

75cl bottle, dark amber, hazed, lots of particles in suspenzion, offwhite head, fizzy. Nice malts backbone, yeast and soft hoppiness in the finish. Dry and acidic. Cider and spumante overall, winey. Medium bodied, fizzy. Quite sharp and raw. Simple and somewhat unrefined.

16.9oz bottle. Unfiltered amber-brown. Thin, steady off white head. Not really so far off from a good French Biere de Garde, a little chalky in it’s mouthfeel though. Mellow chestnut amber brown malt tones. Quite easy drinking for the ABV. Mild candied orange, pineapple fruit tones in the finish. Really grew on me..tasty delicate brown chocolate tones come out.

21/11 0.75 l bottle, great thanks ogivlado for sharing! It poured hazy orange to copper body with bigger yellow head. Lot of yeast and some caramel malt made its strong aroma. Interestingly, flavor was quite weak, still yeasty, biscuit malty, with some subtle vanilla and spicy stuff notes. Thinner with shorter to medium finish that was slightly sweet. Very nice actually, but wouldn’t miss more body. BTW, now I see it’s BDG, of course, those always miss flavor!

Bottle @ Dan’s house. Hazy, reddish orange appearance with an off white head. Slightly tangy, bready yeasty, orange citrusy aroma. Tangy orange citrusy, a bit sour, toasty malty flavor. Blah.

2012-05-11, bottle at Danske Ølentusiasters Ølfestival 2012, Copenhagen, 5-3-5-2-10=25
Cloudy amber color. Light aroma of caramel and vegetables. Good body, some sweetness, but too much yeast and vegetables. Off.
2012-04-10, bottle, from Gastronomia Fiorelli, Cartoceto, 5-3-5-2-9=24
Hazy amber color, with creamy head. Light aroma of spicy yeast, very light banana and plastic. Smooth mouthfeel, light malt flavor, spicy but also soapy; ordinary bitterness.
Off target.

Bottle, at Ølfestival 2011. It’s a quite flat one, unclear and with an amber-orange body. The aroma is rather weak, some fruit and caramel entering the nose. It’s slightly milky in the flavor. Pale malts, fruityness - yellow apples, pear, peaches - and some bitterness, but not much. Medium body. Malty and fruity end. Overall, a quite dull beer, and it sort of goes in several directions at once, seemingly without a target. 110528

1000th rating! Thanks to Davide M for giving this one to me.
Appearance: Murky brown. Some off-white head. Aroma: Malt, fruit (apricot? peach?) and a certain sweetness. Taste: More of the same, quite sweet. Not bad Info: 750ml bottle, 20/12-2011

Bottled 750ml. -from Julius Meinl Am Graben, Vienna. Orange/amber coloured, small off-white head, fruity and light spicy nose. Moderate malty, acidic fruity and light grainy with mild spicy presence. Pleasant and easy-drinkable brew.
