Sipping this Collesi Ambrata Craft Beer is like being wrapped in warm autumn lights. Unpasteurized and naturally bottle conditioned, it reveals itself as generously rounded and intense. The strong hop imprint that enhances the hints of autumn fruit is perceived immediately in this Collesi Ambrata Craft Beer. Its barley, malt and herbal notes are of great elegance. Its aromatic structure is rich in nuances that resonate in the complex flavor, which is soft and creamy, but also pungent.

750ml bottle. Eye - murky brown, small white head, thin retention. Nose - sweet and malty, a bit of plum jam. Taste - a sweetness that keeps rising and is then joined by a boozy note and bitter finish. In between you have jammy fruits. Palate - medium bodied, sparkly carbonation. Overall - sweet, jammy and boozy with some bitterness to offset. Not the most complex of beers but I enjoyed it for what it was.

A dark brown beer, a head is medium nad blond. Aroma has lots of riped fruits, the fruits are quite fresh and there are only some darker fruits and prunes, also some herbs, spices and bread. Taste has fruitness, bready maltyness and herbs. Medium bodied, slightly harsh carbonation. The flavour has hint of boozyness. Decent beer.

(Bottle, 0.5 l - BB 300718, as Collesi Ambrata, 20160407) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had caramel, earth and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, malts, Belgian style yeast, earth and bitterness. Aftetaste was sweet and bitter. A sweet and messy brew.
