Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Fruity esters, yeast, phenolic, graininess, alcoholic, sweetish, candy, bitterish note in the finish.

Hazy golden. Aroma is intense orange biscuit dough apricot cookies. Taste is sweet cookies with bitter yeast spices and light hop. Full bodied and balanced. Nice.

Je n'étais déjà pas très dithyrambique sur la brasserie Collesi, mais sur cette Triple, ils s'enfoncent un peu plus. Pauvre aromatiquement, sur un cocktail de surcroit pas des plus plaisants et un alcool dissonant, loin d'être une bonne copie...Le visuel, sur un blond voilé quasiment sans mousse est quelconque. Le nez est étrange pour sa part sur une alliance pomme de terre, écorce d'orange, citron et anis. En bouche, on s'enfonce un peu plus avec une acidité trop marquée, un alcool agressif, dissonant prenant beaucoup de place en arrière bouche et toujours ces arômes peu plaisants. Rien de bon là-dedans.

Pours hazed deep gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Dark dried pit fruit and caramel aromas. Thick and sweet with hot caramel covered pit fruit upfront turning to warm earthy treacle in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, estery, peach. Taste is biscuity, peach, phenols. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Tasty, but could be more intense in flavour.

Bottle at Basilicò, Bratislava. No head. Aroma is decent Belgian, you can actually smell the alcohol! Luckily, in taste it’s not that visible and it’s surprisingly easy to drink beer. Sweetness, typical for Belgian beers, is there in a non-intrusive way. Why not.

Bottle, thanks Silenzi. Hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet with biscuits, some fruit, grass and some hints of spices. Drinkable but nothing special.

Bottle. Musty lemon, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Lactic lemon, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with some marzipan and elderflowers. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Honey, grains and marzipan. Lightly peppery, edgeless with some grass and cane sugar. Low bitterness.
