Collaboration with Tired Hands Brewing Company. This 8% imperial IPA was brewed with fresh lime zest and juice as well as Simcoe and Amarillo hops. A great beer for all things summer.

Bottle - thanks Adam! Pours hazy butterscotch with a medium off white head that dissipates with decent lacing. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit, cat piss. Flavor is about the same, minimal sweetness with a light bitterness initially that builds with drinking. Perhaps a zesty component to the bitterness due to the lime zest. Definitely more citrusy than typical for Simcoe. Medium body, somewhat oily and a bit hot. This is a beer that would wow a lot if brewed a year or two ago. Now, while very nice, it is just lost in the sea of first rate DIPAs on the market.

22oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with minimal head. . Aroma of lime and other citrus with a little pine resin. Taste is medium bitter. Very citrusy with loads of lime and bitter pine resin in the background. A little bready also. Full bodied with a somewhat slick texture. Lively carbonation and a super long finish. Overall, this is awesome. Im pretty sure i could drink this everyday.
