Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange hue and a dense and lacing beige head. Fruity, nutty aroma - somewhat phenollic. Rich, malty body, some phenols, but most are rounded and fairly agreeable. Dark, dried fruits, overripe fruit and a warming finish. A daring and rather unusual beer that is very far from a Saison, but I honestly quite enjoy it - and I believe the age has done it well. 220318

Draught at KØ16. Rotten veg aroma. Cloudy dark chestnut colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour has a mild veg note along with a red wine barrel note. Distinct bitterness. Not what I expected from the style.
