Bottle from Saucy Pears, Worcester, consumed at home Thursday 12th August 2015 Pours mid gold, with a first piss of the morning hazy look. Medium, fruity, very approachable cider you can see this having universal appeal. The addition of a dessert apple to sweeten as opposed to adding lots of sugar/sweetness works well. I like it. Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles and no head. Nose - dry apples, almost cooking apples. Taste - a bit sweeter, like fizzy apple sauce. Palate - close to medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - a solid cider. Prefer less carbonation.

500ml bottle from the producer @ Ludlow Spring Festival May 14, drunk in the garden one sunny evening. Pours clear gold, sweet and fruity with lots of sweet apple character. Very nice indeed.
