Amber with a small white head. Bready malt aroma with hints of fruit and honey, and a faint touch of phenolic yeast. Sweetish malty flavour balanced by grassy hops

Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, plommon, choklad, torkad frukt, mörkt bröd med toner av hö och apelsin. Fin beska.

Bottle @ Food Festival, Århus. Pours amber with a offwhite head. Aroma malt, caramel, liht hops. Flavour of malt, caramel, nuts, grassy hops. Medium body, soft carbonation. 090912

Bottle, 5.5%. Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, hops, little toffee, sweet and a little bitter.

Kastanjefärgad, drar åt rött. Söt maltig doft av honung. Känns fyllig för sin 5,2% och söt. Honung, söta äpplen, sirap, sockerkaka med syltade apelsinskal, maltvinäger. Söt, men en apelsinskalsbeska på slutet som stramar upp. Tycker den stilmässigt liknar en brittisk ESB.

Bottle from SB cons 2012-07-16 Göteborg AR: roasted malt, wee vinos, melas, wee yeasty, wee earth AP: mahogny colored body, thin deminshing beige head F: roasted malt, caramel, melas, cuba cola, floral, medium carbonation and low bitterness, body is full and it is a bit sticky sugary fluid

500 ml bottle, brew #449, from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. ABV is 5.5%. Amber to copper colour, slightly hazy. Moderate head, slightly off-white. The aroma has notes of ripe berries and caramel, hints of honey, but also unpleasant notes of rotting green apples and ammonium. The medium sweet flavour has some malts, caramel and rotting fruits, and has an overall coarse character of not very successful homebrew, possibly infected. Low bitterness. This is undoubtedly the least attractive brew I’ve had from Herslev.

Cloudy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, yeasty and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Finishes dry. 291010
