Draught @ CBC. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, brett, wet wood, grass, herbs, citrus. Flavor is malt, yeast, brett, wet wood, oak, cheese, grassy, herbal hops, light citrus, dusty barn. Thin body, lively carbonation, dry refreshing finish. Great one. 030513

Sample @ CBC. Huge head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, peppery notes, fruits, flowers, malt and hops. Yummy!

Sample at CBC 2013, Saturday. Hazy light amber with a white head. Aroma and taste of fruit, light spices, yeast. citrus, grass and some light malt and brett. The finish was rather hoppy and bitter. Soft and nicely drinkable.

Sample from tap, CBC 2013. Hazy golden colour with a huge, white head. Tart, fruity aroma with citrus, bretts and yeasts. A hint of pepper. Taste is light sweet and tart. Medium body, lively carbonated. Finishes dry and tart with lots of brett. Very nice, complex.

Tap at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013. Poured a hazy light amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is fresh and a little yeasty, leading to a slightly sour, zesty citrus flavour. The palate is lovely and smooth as those gorgeous flavours slowly fade into the aftertaste. I really liked this!

Pours yellow with a small white head. Aroma of funky tart fruits, Bretta, some grass and yeasty sourness. Taste is yeasty and slighty fruity with some spices, tart bretta notes and hints of farmyard. Finish is malty and slightly tart with some fruity and spicy notes. Okay, quite farmyardy saison.
