Cat Spit is a very easy drinking oatmeal stout that everyone loves because it is frickin awesome. It has a good amount of flavor in the roasty area, that comes only from the malt bill. It’s just the way I like a stout to be, so there.

Note: Cat Spit Stout has been reformulated as an Oatmeal Milk Stout beginning in early 2015.

Draught at MBCC green (fourth) session. Black in the glass, clingy lacing from a film-type layer. Roasted dark malty nose, mid-sweet chocolate. Fine blended taste of chocolate, earth, and coffee, nicely roasted. Smooth mid-sweet malty ending. Well bodied. Likable old school stout, not overly sweet. (Copenhagen 12.05.2018).
